  As a client of Lewis I am indebted to him in many ways.
  
  My training had lapsed and through personal circumstances, I had lost a lot of motivation and focus.
  
  With the love of my wife, who went out to find Lewis to be my personal trainer, between them changed everything. I am back and in a good place.... and in good physical shape, getting better all the time.... (I love leg day!)
  
  Training and being fit and healthy is both physical and mental, and Lewis employs the most amazing techniques, guidance and motivation to address each, in a friendly an empathetic way, whilst bringing out the very best in you, when you never knew you had it in you.
